James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond Arrested!! Charged With Cocaine Distribution

After nearly a month since being issued a federal arrest warrant for his alleged involvement in an illegal cocaine distribution ring, Czar Entertainment CEO and longtime manager of The Game, James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond was apprehended by federal agents in New York today (June 21).

According to L.A. Weekly, Rosemond was handcuffed earlier this morning after a foot chase near Park Ave and 21st Street. According to the newspaper, he was hiding out in the nearby W Hotel.

Rosemond was believed to have been the leader of a cocaine distribution ring that was responsible for shipping hundreds of kilos of coke from L.A. to New York through FedEx and UPS since 2008.

In the federal indictment againt Rosemond, it reads that two L.A. based informants were responsible for the case, along with wire taps and other documents.

As previously reported, last week, a former associate of Rosemond, convicted murderer Dexter Issac, admitted that the rap manager and business man paid him $2,500 to rob Tupac Shakur at NY’s Quad Studios in 1994. The robbery resulted in the ’Pac sustaining five bullet wounds, and also jump started a war with The Notorious B.I.G., with whom he thought was behind the attack The validity of Issac’s statements are unknown, and the New York police department are currently investigating.

Feds also believe Rosemond financed the 2009 murder of G-Unit associate Lowell Fletcher in retaliation of a 2007 attack on his then 14-year-old son. He has not been charged in that case.
