Music maker Timbaland and on-screen actress La La Anthony have collaborated for an energizing new venture. They are banding together with Leftfield Entertainment to create a docuseries concentrated on FaceTime Agency, one of the business’ top casting organizations for music visuals and hip-hop models.
With New York City as a setting, the show will develop as models, DJs and online networking stars attempt to advance in hip-hop’s hustle hard environment. The ferocious entrepreneurial world will either make or break the wanna-be head honchos as they endeavor to set up a domain all their own.
Timbaland will be the official music producer, while Anthony serves as an executive producer for the venture.
“I’m thrilled to be executive producing a project that offers a true insider’s look into the business side of hip-hop, especially one that explores the lives of fascinating women who have used hip hop as their platform to become successful entrepreneurs in fashion, music and more,” Anthony said in a statement.
Timbaland added that becoming involved with the new prodction will help “continue to build [his] brand within the TV space.”
“Projects like this, with music and culture at the center, are the sweet spot of my content play…lets go!”
The docuseries has yet to be named and so far no premiere date has been announced.
