Stitches is clearly vertically challenged … hitting the pavement for a second time in just a couple of days.

The rapper posted this video, bemoaning his latest run-in. As everyone knows, Game‘s manager, Wack 100, knocked him out cold Thursday night after Stitches came to the club looking for a fight.

He says he’s going to snort his own pain remedy … which could get him 3 to 5.
