New details are emerging about the tragic circumstances in which basketball star and ex-husband of Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom, was found unconscious on Tuesday, Oct. 13, three days after checking into the Love Ranch.
Dennis Hof, the owner of the legal brothel the Love Ranch, says that Odom first came in on Saturday, Oct. 10, “wanting to get away and have some fun,” and was later found on Tuesday, Oct. 13, unconscious by two Love Ranch employees, Ryder Cherry and Madison Montag.
The ladies said they had left Odom, 35, at 6 a.m. to sleep and later discovered him to be unresponsive at 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
Montag’s Instagram page describes her as a “model, legal courtesan, sex icon,” and she’s posted several racy images on the account. After the news broke about Odom’s hospitalization, Montag tweeted three prayer hands emojis.

Cherry has not commented on social media about the incident, but has populated her Twitter page with a series of racy, nipple-baring photos of herself, encouraging patrons to come to see her at the Love Ranch.
The Love Ranch is a legal, licensed brothel, which has also been known as the BunnyRanch Two, Kitty’s Pussycat Lounge, Miss Kitty’s Cathouse, and Madame Kitty’s Fantasy Ranch.
Workers at the legalized brothel where Lamar Odom was found unconscious told 911 dispatchers that the former basketball player had been using cocaine and sexual enhancement drugs in the days before the incident, police said Wednesday.
The claim came as Odom continued to fight for his life after being found unresponsive and reportedly suffering multiple strokes at the Love Ranch in Crystal Nevada on Tuesday afternoon.
Officials from the Nye County Sheriff’s Office said that Odom’s blood had been taken by investigators and was being processed.
When rescuers arrived, he was “unconscious but breathing,” Sheriff Sharon Wehrly said. “He had blood coming from his nose and mouth along with a white substance.”
According to police, a 911 caller reported around 3:15 p.m. that he had used cocaine on Saturday, but it was unclear if the use had continued into the weekend.
Police said the caller also reported that he had taken up to 10 tabs of sexual enhancement drugs over the past three days. It was not clear which specific drug the caller was referring to.
A helicopter landed at 4:37 p.m. to take Odom to the hospital, but he couldn’t fit on the aircraft. Accompanied by a nurse, he arrived at the hospital at 5:30 p.m. Officials said his level of care was not diminished. After receiving treatment at Pahrump’s Desert View Hospital, he was transferred to another hospital in Las Vegas, where he remains.
Reps for Odom did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
“He is in a real difficult situation,” Rev. Jesse Jackson said Wednesday. “We can only at this time, pray for his recovery…the doctors will have to give you the medical language.”
