Born and raised in Brooklyn and Queens, NY, Jaye Gems has written for major artists, performed all over the New York and Jersey City area, worked with major artists, A&R, producers such as Junior Johnson, Frankie Metalz, Punch, Hero Gawd, was signed to a major label and has performed at SOBs.

Jaye Gems recently finished up a tour in Jersey City called “Unlimited Everything CHILLTOWN Tour” with “June Star and the Pushas” where all proceeds went to the Spencer Williams Foundation which raised money to keep music and instruments in schools
Jaye Gems is a member of Urban Collective, a collection of talented people whose goal is to help one another by making sure all can prosper and have everything needed to do so. Philanthropy is a huge goal for the group. That is the mission for Jaye Gems and UC.
Jaye Gems just dropped the music video for his highly anticipated single, “Pledge of Allegiance,” and is dropping an EP later this year called “GreenEyedMonSter (GEMS) pt.1”
